You can now use the latest feature to re-book a housekeeper that visited your home, and get full access to her schedule through the app!
Since its inception, Matic has worked around one idea – building a platform that delivers a seamless experience and service to your homes.
Today, we’re proud of our biggest change – the release of a feature that allows our customers to re-book a housekeeper they trusted with their home earlier. They can do that by directly accessing a housekeeper’s schedule and booking a visit themselves, without having to go through an agent from the bookings team.
How did we do it?
Our core value is flexibility, so we’re always looking for ways to improve and personalize the experience based on our users feedback. Most (if not all) clients absolutely adored the housekeepers that they trusted once, twice or more. The natural extension of this was to allow customers to re-book those same housekeepers through the app.
This is only the beginning of the personalized experience. Our goal is that when customers book a service through our platform, we will ensure that only their favorite housekeepers enter their homes.
How does it work?
Simple! Once you’ve completed the first visit with us, the housekeeper’s name will appear in the booking process the next time you want to book!
You can access your previous visits, rate the service, or just re-book.
